The tasters of life will agree on one thing: nothing will spell romantic more than walking along the footpaths of vineyards, and of course, get a sip or two of those world’s finest wines. Therefore, why not arrange your romantic getaway to taste romance and wine at the same time?
Much like a well-aged wine, each stop in Mornington Peninsula offers rare sensual pleasures. Expect rich flavours that surprise your taste buds, and local concoctions that sweeten and soothe. Raise a glass over luscious landscapes, as the surrounding nature unravels like a dream. Savour your time in these sommelier playgrounds.
Renowned for its Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as pioneering Pinot Gris/Grigio in Australia, the Mornington Peninsula produces a vast range of quality wines. Set between two bays – Port Phillip Bay and Western Port Bay – this cool climate region is dominated by strong winds that sweep across the land. With red volcanic soils and hills rising 300 meters above sea level, the area produces grapes with outstanding fruit flavors, high natural acidity, and fine tannins, resulting in excellent vintages.
This summer calls for the perfect opportunity to spoil yourself and your loved one with some of the Peninsulas’ beautiful Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and of course, the region’s jewel, Pinot Noir.

A full-day wine tour booking includes 8 hours; this includes the time from the first pickup to the final drop-off. However, there are exceptions to this in case of extreme weather conditions, traffic incidents, etc.
Example of a standard tour: Tour begins at 10 am from pick up point in Melbourne CBD, driver & passengers arrive at Yarra Valley at 11 am, return to Melbourne CBD to finish the tour at 6.00pm.
If multiple pickup pickups/drop-offs are required, then it is recommended to plan your day ahead to avoid exceeding the 8-hour tour duration.
Not strictly, we may allow up to an extra 30 minutes as no one is perfect, and going overtime can happen. However, if an 8-hour tour ends up being a 9- or 10-hour tour then you will be charged overtime.
It is important to note that the driver is booked for 8 hours and longer hours of driving result in fatigue which is not ideal for the safety of the driver and passengers on board.
